Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship within the United States only — All 50 United States. We do not currently ship to addresses outside the United States.

Shipping options and cost

• Standard — $9.95, free on orders over $75.00. Tracked, 2–4 working days once dispatched.
• Express — $19.95. Next working day when ordered before 3pm.

Processing time

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours, Monday to Friday. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday are processed on the next working day.

Tracking

Every parcel is tracked. The tracking number is added to your order and emailed to you as soon as the parcel is dispatched.

Problems with a delivery

If a parcel is late, damaged or missing, email info@samrux.com with your order reference and we will resolve it.
